About the event
This 90 min workshop is designed to teach you basic uses of the aerial hammock. We will be focusing on Low Floor Stretches, Upperbody and Core Workouts, Circus Tricks and Aerial Yoga. There will be time after each segment to play/practice what you have learned and then we will end the class with a yoga savasana in the hammock🙏🏼
