Aerial Hammock Workshop Stretch, Condition & Yoga Flow
Join us as we use hammocks to acheive a deeper stretch and then condition and tone your muscles. This workshop will end with an Aerial Yoga flow and a savasana in the hammocks. Class size is limited and pre-registration is required.

Aerial hammocks are provided for use during the workshop however if you would like to purchase your own the red and royal blue are on sale and available for $60.Â
