Do you offer classes for youth?

We are an adult-based studio however, we occasionally offer youth classes. Currently, we are trialing Kids and Teen classes. Teen Lyra is bi-monthly on Tues & Tribe Kids is bi-monthly on Weds. We love to host kids' parties for youth beginning at age 7.

What do I wear?

We recommend wearing fitted leggings, and tops covering your armpits and sides. No jewelry, lotions or socks.

When are your class times?

Please visit our class schedule for our class times. The spaces by wix app is very user friendly with a scrolling schedule.

Do you accept drop ins?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer the option to drop in to a class. All students must pre-register as our class sizes are limited and to ensure they secure a spot in the class. You may register per class or purchase a membership.

What apparatus do I start with?

Every body type is different, and preferences are different. We offer a Beginners Special for Adults of 2 classes for $20 so that you may try different apparatuses and learn about each one.

Question 6

Is there a weight limit?

Accepted Answer

We use climbing gear which is rated for 1000lbs+. Our bar apparatuses such as lyra have a weight rating of 350lb.
