Flying Yogis

In this class we use Aerial Hammocks and incorporate some yoga style postures for deep stretching. From standing to laying we will cover multiple stretches. Class limited to 7. Pre-Registration is required. If using your class pass select manual payment and RSVP to secure your spot.
