About the event
Hoop 101: Learn the basics of hoop dance including knowledge of hoop sizes and which works best for YOU, medium of hoop (poly pro, hdpe, pvc....), and geometrical planes! This workshop is for all levels and will focus on having fun with and becoming more comfortable with YOUR hoop! Hula hoops will be provided, but feel free with bring your own!
