First time trying Aerial Silks or do you need a quick refresher? This class will focus on understanding foot-locks, climbs, 4 basic poses and training your grip for aerial silks. Class Size limited to 6.

About the event
This class is not required before attending our Beginners Level 1 Class, however is highly recommended. In this class we are able to focus, in a small group setting, on the key things needed to start your aerial journey.
