Intro to Lyra by Lesley

In this workshop, Students will learn basic poses and transitions as well as correct hand placements on the lyra. They will also learn to properly mount and dismount safely. Class will begin with warm up stretches and end with a cool down. Please wear stretchy attire that covers backs of your knees.
