Lyra Class
Students will learn poses and transitions as well as correct hand placements on the lyra. They will also learn to properly mount and dismount safely. Class will begin with warm up stretches and end with a cool down. Please wear stretchy attire that covers backs of your knees.

Workshop is limited to 12 participants. If you are under 13 please register for our aerial tweens or aerial kids class. Assessments will be done in aerial tweens or aerial kids if you feel they are ready to progress. Every effort is made to give your student the best opportunity to grow.
