Trapeze Class

We’ll start the class doing basic conditioning and stretching and cover the important things you need to know to keep yourself safe while in the air!   Next we’ll go step by step to learn a few poses and transitions on the trapeze. Then we’ll put them all together for a dance like sequence.   Finally, we’ll end the class by cooling down and stretching all the muscles we worked during class.   You’ll want to make sure to wear long leggings and a tight-fitting top. Bring plenty of water and of course your phone so you can record yourself doing some awesome new things!
