Waverly Jones - Catching Slack Workshop

This workshop focuses entirely on pulling slack & landing in it. We will be covering an assortment of slack drops,

including drops from knee hooks, straddles, shoulders, splits, & hip keys. Many slack drops can be done slowly & the

height of the drop can be adjusted. Over time, students can begin adding more height & distance as they progress.

*Students attending this workshop must be able to invert multiple times in the air with ease. This workshop is suitable for an intermediate - advanced skill level.
