Do you offer classes for youth?

We are an adult-based studio; however, we occasionally offer youth classes. We do not have any offerings currently, but feel free to reach out to be added to a mailing list for any upcoming courses that may be offered.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

We require a 24-hour notice for class cancellations in order to issue a refund or provide class credit. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or credits for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for classes that are missed.

Our memberships are non-refundable, designed to offer flexibility without time commitments, service fees, or restrictions on cancellation. It is the member's responsibility to cancel their plan before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges, and we do not provide refunds for memberships that are not canceled in time.

Do you accept drop ins?

We do not offer the option to drop in to a class. All students must pre-register as our class sizes are limited and to ensure they secure a spot in the class. You may register per class or purchase a membership.

What do I wear?

We recommend wearing fitted leggings, and tops covering your armpits and sides. No jewelry, lotions or socks.

When are your class times?

What apparatus do I start with?

Every body type is different, and preferences are different. We offer a Beginners Special for Adults of 2 classes for $20 so that you may try different apparatuses and learn about each one.

Question 7

Is there a weight limit?

Accepted Answer

We use climbing gear which is rated for 1000lbs+. Our bar apparatuses such as lyra have a weight rating of 350lb.
